My family is ridiculously busy. And, I've used that as an excuse to say "Let's just go get Mexican food tonight" way too often. My mission: eat at home. It's that simple...or at least I hope it is. Now, if I could just simplify my life too, that'd fix everything...

Keeping it simple.
Dinner tonight: A plate of Basil Infused Oil with grated Italian cheeses and freshly ground black pepper, smoked Gouda, smoked Swiss and creamy Havarti cheeses, Italian bread, grapes, peanuts, and a glass of Berryville 319.
